About Us
Asset Management Solutions was founded by Leonard G. Middleton, a principal consultant who worked directly for John Dixon Campbell, the Global Leader of the Physical Asset Management practice at one of the largest international management consulting firms. The physical asset management practice focused upon maintenance management issues, but also provided services in project management, and asset management strategies. John Campbell was the author of “Uptime - Strategies for Excellence in Maintenance Management” (ISBN 1-56327-053-6). “Uptime” should be read by anyone who has maintenance management responsibilities.
Asset Management Solutions works at continuing to provide the same level of professionalism and capability to our international clients. Our current organization allows us to focus upon the needs of individual clients. We can provide capable resources with over 25 years of professional experience, including resources with experience in maintenance management, MRO materials management, project management, engineering, and management consulting.
If there is a requirement of specific education, background, or training, we can provide resources with engineering degrees, post-graduate business degrees, and resources with a variety of professional designations, including P. Eng. (Professional Engineer), PMP (Project Management Professional designation from the Project Management Institute - www.pmi.org), and CMC (Certified Management Consultant designation from Canadian Association of Management Consultants - www.camc.com).
We are a small organization with ties to other organizations with a similar strong client focus, many who are former colleagues. This allows us to partner with excellent resources when additional resources are required due to client requirements.
